It’s been a tough Thanksgiving for Todd and Julie Chrisley, spending it behind bars, away from each other and their children for the first time. And it looks like it won’t be their last, unless their appeal goes extraordinarily well.
But, there’s some good news. Their attorney, Jay Surgent, recently spoke to RadarOnline and shared some positive updates on where things stand with the appeal.
Todd himself is feeling “pleased” and “happy” with the progress, and it’s given some hope to the whole Chrisley family. Could this mean a brighter future with holiday celebrations back at home? It’s a work in progress, but every step forward is a win.

Additionally, the report mentions that Todd “feels bad he can’t be home for the holidays with his family.”
However, Surgent vowed: “We are working on it.”
He’ll have plenty of time, to. The next haring for the Chrisleys will take place on March 25, 2024.
